Chief Recruiting Officer
Richard E. Haake
Richard Haake’s career spans 30 years in the hospitality industry as Executive Chef, Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, Winemaker and Owner and Operator of three businesses. He began his recruiting career in 2015 as a means to step away from the daily grind of operations. It was a natural fit, and he honed his skills working at Goodwin Recruiting and TalentServed. Starting Haake Recruiting in 2020 was a natural progression for the serial entrepreneur. He is a relentless recruiting partner and treats each search as if he were hiring for his own business.
Danny Waters has been a hospitality executive for 20+ years. He has held positions ranging from Executive Chef, Director of Culinary, General Manager, and Owner/Operator of a successful Italian restaurant. Danny started working with Haake Recruiting in February of 2022 and felt quickly at home having previously hired hundreds of employees throughout his Hospitality career. He takes great pride in finding new career paths and opportunities for professional candidates on behalf of our esteemed clients. His favorite part of his job is the relationships he builds along the way.

Andrew Dodd brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at top establishments such as Lisa Dupar Catering in Seattle and the renowned Gjelina Group across Los Angeles and New York. As an Operator, Andrew has a proven track record of managing high-volume establishments and delighting a diverse range of customers. His knack for blending operational savvy with tech know-how extends to recruiting, where he skillfully identifies top-tier talent and drives strategic growth for his clients.
