Richard Haake’s career spans 30 years in the hospitality industry as Executive Chef, Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, Winemaker and Owner and Operator of three businesses. He began his recruiting career in 2015 as a means to step away from the daily grind of operations. It was a natural fit, and he honed his skills working at Goodwin Recruiting and TalentServed.
