Richard Haake’s career spans 30 years in the hospitality industry as Executive Chef, Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, Winemaker and Owner and Operator of three businesses.  He began his recruiting career in 2015 as a means to step away from the daily grind of operations. It was a natural fit, and he honed his skills working at Goodwin Recruiting and TalentServed. Starting Haake Recruiting in 2020 was a natural progression for the serial entrepreneur. He is a relentless recruiting partner and treats each search as if he were hiring for his own business.

Danny Waters has been a hospitality executive for 20+ years. He has held positions ranging from Executive Chef, Director of Culinary, General Manager, and Owner/Operator of a successful Italian restaurant. Danny started working with Haake Recruiting in February of 2022 and felt quickly at home having previously hired hundreds of employees throughout his Hospitality career.
